Cancellation Policy

Conference registration fees are refundable, less a US $50 processing fee, if cancellation is completed by March 1, 2024. Cancellations after March 1, 2024 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee. However, a substitute registrant will be accepted.

High Income Countries - Early (Until February 1, 2024)

• IWA Member - $1100
• Non-IWA member - $1300
• Student - $800
• Spouse (dinners and receptions only) - $300

High Income Countries - Late

• IWA Member - $1300
• Non-IWA member - $1500
• Student - $950
• Spouse (dinners and receptions only) - $350

Low Income Countries - Early (Until February 1, 2024)

• IWA Member - $600
• Non-IWA member - $800
• Student - $500
• Spouse (dinners and receptions only) - $200

Low Income Countries - Late

• IWA Member - $700
• Non-IWA member - $900
• Student - $600
• Spouse (dinners and receptions only) - $250
